Terms of service.

Using RGV services

By using RGV services or participating in the community, you agree to follow these terms, our Community Policies, current Discord regulations, and the applicable rules of Discord, Roblox, and ER:LC.

Account and community conduct

Use accurate account information. Do not impersonate people or organizations, misuse RGV systems or branding, evade moderation through alternate accounts, or encourage rule violations. Respect other members and use official assistance channels for concerns.

Website information and external services

Statistics and reviews depend on third-party sources and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Session availability, department entry, and application decisions are managed by the community; using this website does not guarantee access or acceptance.

Links to Discord, Roblox, ER:LC, Melonly, and social networks open separate services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Staff applications and in-game appeals remain on Melonly. Discord appeals can be submitted on this website, and Valley Customs orders are handled through its Discord.

Independent roleplay community

RGV is an independent Roblox roleplay community. It is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Police Roleplay Community, the City of Edinburg, or the real-world departments represented in roleplay. This website does not provide real emergency or government services.

Changes and enforcement

RGV may update these terms and its community rules. The date above identifies this website version. Continued participation after updates means accepting the revised rules. Violations may result in restrictions or removal under the Community Policies; use the official appeal process to request a review.

Privacy and support

Read the Privacy Policy to understand this website’s data use. Contact RGV through Discord Assistance with questions about these terms.
