Scope of this website

This policy covers the new RGV community website, its public information pages, and its community statistics feed. It does not replace the policies of Discord, Roblox, ER:LC, Melonly, social networks, or the separately hosted Melonly forms and Valley Customs Discord services.

This site hosts a Discord ban appeal form. Staff applications, in-game appeals, Valley Customs orders, payment arrangements, and Roblox verification remain on the external destinations you choose to open. Access to this hosted site may require a ChatGPT account, depending on its sharing settings.

Information displayed

The site retrieves public community statistics and reviews from Melonly. These may include reviewer usernames, profile pictures, review text, ratings, dates, staff labels, member counts, and playtime statistics. Saved and temporarily cached copies help the page remain available when the source cannot be reached.

Discord ban appeals

When you submit an appeal, we save your account identifier if you are signed in, Discord username and ID, approximate ban date, ban explanation, reconsideration statement, optional evidence URL, attached images and their filenames, submission time, generated reference number, and review status. No sign-in is required to submit. Your Discord ID, and account identifier when available, help prevent duplicate submissions; no ChatGPT conversations are accessed.

Appeal answers are stored in the website’s database, and uploaded images are stored privately in file storage. The authorized owner reviewer can access images through authenticated routes. Signed-in submitters can also access their own images; guest submissions do not provide an online image retrieval feature. Records are retained while reasonably needed to review appeals, document moderation history, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. No automatic deletion period is currently configured. Contact RGV Assistance to request access, correction, or deletion; limited records may need to remain for safety or moderation integrity.

Visits, cookies, and providers

Hosting, authentication, delivery, and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security records. This site is hosted with ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure.

RGV has not added advertising trackers or first-party analytics to this site. Hosting and access services may use cookies or similar tools for their own security and authentication functions. Profile pictures may load directly from third-party image hosts, which receive the network requests needed to deliver them.

Use and disclosure

Information is used to deliver pages, display public community activity, maintain availability, and protect the service. RGV does not sell personal information or use website data for targeted advertising. External providers handle information under their own policies. Opening another service’s link sends you to that service.

Retention and your choices

Public review data may remain in cached responses or saved site versions until replaced or removed. Hosting providers manage their own logs and retention. RGV community support and moderation records are managed separately from this website.

For a correction or removal request concerning content displayed here, contact RGV through Discord Assistance. You may also contact Melonly about the original review. Give only the username and details needed to locate the content—never send passwords, tokens, government IDs, or financial information.

Young users and security

RGV’s community services are not directed to children under 13. Follow each linked platform’s age requirements. A parent or guardian concerned about a child’s information can contact RGV Assistance. No online service can guarantee complete security; report suspected exposure promptly.
