RGV Director Ham focuses on maintaining advanced server operations. He keeps everything running smoothly day to day while managing countless responsibilities behind the scenes. Ham is constantly improving the server—often working until 4 AM—to ensure everything remains at the highest standard. His dedication and commitment keep RGV operating efficiently and successfully.

Carterr “Goddestshark”

RGV Deputy Director Carterr leads the programming and technical side of RGV. Although his Australian time zone limits how often he can meet with the community and staff during peak hours, it gives him focused time to coordinate with the directives and work without the usual daily distractions. When it is 6 PM for Carterr, it is often 4 AM for the other directives. Much of his work happens behind the scenes, but it plays a major role in keeping RGV operating smoothly.
